Kerb Camden Market!

Kerb Camden Market!

About two weeks ago I visited Camden Market with some of my friends for an afternoon of stuffing our faces with street food and exploring Landan City. Kerb Camden Market is a lively and dynamic food market with 34 stalls that provides a wide variety of different cuisines of sweet and savoury food!

I visited on a public holiday in the UK so it was VERY PACKED! It was really hard to decide what to eat as there were so many options! I knew I was going to get a main meal and a dessert, I mean it is a must especially when at a street food market. In the end I chose ‘King Prawn Pad Thai’ which cost about £9 from the stall called “Nong Noi”.  I am such a sucker for a dish that has prawns. The prawns in the meal  were big and fresh and the portion sizes were really good for the price. It wasn’t too oily and everything worked together and seasoned well enough.

I was full from it but still wanted dessert. I ended up sharing my dessert with my friend and we got…. CHURROS! We had the choice of two dips, I chose mini eggs and my friend had Nutella! The churros were so nice. They were freshly baked right in front of us at the stall “La Churreria”.

Honestly you can easily spend the day at Kerb market it has a nice atmosphere and is very chilled and because of the location you can pop into many independent businesses that are selling unique and fun items. I came across this really funny trump book which I had to take a photo of! The irony is there is actually some truth to the title!

I have attached the link to Kerb’s website so you can have a look at the stalls they have there! I highly recommend a visit there! I would suggest take cash with you, makes life so much easier and saves you time looking for a cash machine! Luckily I found one that gave free cash withdrawals. Secondly go with an empty stomach so you can thoroughly enjoy the food! Thirdly make the most of the area, after we finished in the market we walked to Regents Park to burn it off…. I joke, but was a really nice and a quick walk which took about 15mins. In the park saw I so many lovely blossoming flower displays which were very pretty. Overall for a fun and adventurous day out I highly recommend the visit the Kerb food market and I will definitely be going again in the Summer to try more food out!
